Brent Deputy Ranger Cabin was built as an ice house in the 1930s but was eventually converted to the Deputy Chief Ranger’s home in Brent. The original cabin was completely restored and visitors now enjoy a one room open-concept log cabin with an incredible view looking east on Cedar Lake.
